Questions we get every week

Who pays the import duty?

You do, and it is paid to your own customs authority, not to us. Our prices cover the goods, packing and freight. We send a commercial invoice with correct values and HS codes so your broker can calculate duty accurately, and we will tell you the usual rate for your country before you order.

Can I keep adding items to the same box?

Yes, that is what consolidation means. Order today, order again next week, and everything sits on your shelf in our warehouse for up to 30 days. When you tell us to ship, we pack it all into one carton and you pay freight once instead of three times.

Do you ship car parts and liquids?

Car parts, yes, including batteries by sea freight. Aerosols, brake fluid, paint, lithium power banks and anything flammable cannot travel by air. Ask us before ordering those and we will route them by ocean container or suggest a compliant alternative.

What happens if something arrives broken?

Send photos within 72 hours of delivery. If the damage happened in transit we replace the item on the next departure or refund it, your choice. Every box is photographed before sealing, which settles most claims quickly.

Can you buy something you do not list?

Often, yes. Send us the link or the part number. If a US supplier stocks it and it is legal to export, we will quote it with our purchasing fee included.

How do I pay from outside the United States?

Visa, Mastercard and American Express, plus bank transfer, Zelle and Wise. Card payments are processed in USD and your bank may add a foreign transaction fee.
